Thruput's Sentinel integrated video, audio and radar recording system is fully installed in Warsaw ACC.

Sentinel is also operational at Gdansk, Krakow and Katowice Airports.

Spares

1. Inspection for fault finding and recommended repairs.

2. Re-calibration of DDM systems to restore original operational specification.

3. Training services for fault finding and 1st Line maintenance personnel.

4. Repair and re-calibration to full operational capability.

5. Safe Disposal:  The disposal of any and all components removed from the DDM takes place in accordance with current UK Environmental Protection Legislation and the client can be provided with certification once disposal is completed.

Thruput Limited operate a policy of continuous service improvement and regularly review the support offered for the Sony DDM. Our objective is, where necessary, to provide a safe technology migration path, which progressively solves all the DDM component obsolescence issues as they occur, and extends the life of the DDM indefinitely with its full operational performance.
 

To support the spares service, Thruput Limited maintain a central spares stock for all Sony DDM Line Replaceable units. The spares offered  include new, refurbished or 3F (form, fit and function) equivalent components and/or equipment as appropriate.

Repairs

Thruput Limited operate a DDM repair facility for complete 2nd Line maintenance of any Line Replaceable Units returned from the field. The repair Service includes:

1. Initial inspection and assessment of reparability

2. Conduct of repair and/or remanufacture, where possible

3. Factory calibration

4. Factory Acceptance Test

To support the repair service, Thruput Limited maintain a central spares stock for all Sony DDM original and modern equivalent components . The repair and/or remanufacture service includes new, refurbished or 3F (form, fit and function) equivalent components as appropriate.
