Thruput delivers to the US
Army: |
Thruput Limited Supplies MUAC.
|
Thruput life extension technology has been deployed at the US
Army Tobyhanna Depot to extend the operational life of existing
operational software and test procedures
for the AN/TPQ-36 Fire Finding Radar.
This project also incorporates Thruput Limited's independent, high
integrity at-the-glass recording of calibration test results. |
2006 will see a second fully autonomous CIMACT facility rolled out at the
Maastricht Upper Area Control Centre. This new system will support
operational evaluation, training and testing for both new and
existing CIMACT operators. This application expands on the
conventional capabilities of CIMACT by incorporating high integrity
recording, replay and display technology. |

Renegade Detection System MUAC. |
Contract for ‘ADMAR Upgrade’ |
| As
part of a wider Homeland Defence Programme, Eurocontrol have
deployed a renegade aircraft detection capability at the Maastricht
Upper Area Control Centre. The system is based on the successful
hardware and software solution deployed in the CIMACT rollout
programme, which integrates Civil and Military Air Traffic Control,
at NATO Air Forces Bases in the Eurocontrol Area.
Thruput Limited supplies the approved hardware environment and site
installations for the Eurocontrol CIMACT system. This project was
the first delivery made by Thruput Limited to the Maastricht UACC. |
In 2005 Eurocontrol issued an International Competitive Tender to
upgrade the German Air Force ADMAR system (which was originally
supplied by one of the other bidders, Barco). In the face of fierce
competition, Thruput Limited has secured this Eurocontrol project
and 2005/6 sees system deployment at German Air Force Bases in:
Messstetten, Schoenwalde, Uedem and Erndtebreuk.
The ADMAR system is based on the highly successful configuration
used in the Eurocontrol CIMACT programme for the integration of
Civil and Military Air Traffic, and over 50 systems are installed
with NATO Air Forces in the Eurocontrol Area. |
